- Angel Hale, founder of Leading Ladies, is a gifted Coach and motivational speaker. After over 18 years of successfully coaching, writing and speaking, something wonderful happened to her practice... In 2006, Angel became aware that the majority of her clients had something strikingly in common. She discovered that her clients, like her, are women who people had been drawn to for as long as they could remember.” She noted that these coaches, mentors, confidants and nurturers possess a gift of leadership that is undeniable but which also tends to drain and deplete them. Many of these “Natural Born Leaders” have never received formal training on how to balance leadership with self-care and even those who have, often find that they are too busy nurturing others to take time to meet their own very real needs. All of these women realized at critical points in their life that they needed someone they could turn too—leading each to discover and hire Angel as their Coach. Angel determined to insure that her clients and all “Leading Ladies” (as she now deems them), have a place where they can bask in “masterful self-care.” Thus Leading Ladies was born!
